Our Motivation 1 on 1 Approach is the Needed Change!
The Motivation 1 on 1 Approach is a methodology of restorative justice, not punitive. Using techniques incorporating communication, understanding, behavior modification, healing, and love, positive outcomes are being seen.
Our Motivation 1 on 1 Approach fosters a justice system that reduces incarceration and recidivism by engaging the whole individual in relationships of lasting change. This community reinvestment philosophy changes the way that government and society view the value and potential of justice-involved individuals.
Our Motivation 1 on 1 approach taps into existing sources of influence within communities, rather than imposing them from the outside. Building trust and inspiring change from within, communities are empowered to take care of their own.
